Honestly working with Alisa was the best part of buying my co-op. We started back in August and we were in constant communication throughout. Alisa knew exactly what I wanted in a future home (not too dated and little fixing up required if any). Once she found Farmingdale, she was able to negotiate with the seller's realtors and we won it over 9 other bidders. I was so happy haha. She knew what I should offer based on her knowledge of previous closings in the area. Such a pleasure to work with. I'm going right back to her when I'm ready to upgrade.
