Pam is knowledgeable about the real estate market in Beaufort and the surrounding area. She also displayed competency relating to purchasing so procedure. However, I was not totally assured that she was working for me 100% of the time. Some responses to questions were not timely. Additionally there were times I felt her loyalty/sympathy were with the seller.
