We were looking for a house in Simi Valley when we stumbled upon a nice home with an Open House sign in the front yard. When we entered a nice energetic woman introduced herself as Pareesa Nindra. She gave us a detailed tour of the home answering all of questions with precise detail. We left with a good impression of the home and Pareesa, but that impression of Pareesa only really took shape after we called to say we wanted to submit an offer. From that point on Pareesa lead us through all of the complicated steps of the offer, counter-offer, inspection, and escrow. Through Pareesa’s guidance we always felt informed and well represented. When items came up that required attention, she not only offered advice but she also found solutions herself. When escrow closed and we arrived at the house we were greeted by Pareesa with bakery treats and balloons. Through the process we not only worked with a professional and knowledgeable realtor, but we also feel like we had gained a friend!
