Pat was the best! She's a very "soft sale", which I really appreciated as I have bought and sold often, and I know what I want in a home. Pat didn't try to convince me that I could make something work that I wouldn't want. She allowed me to come to my own conclusions, although she was forthcoming when I asked for her opinion. Once I decided on the property, she immediately went to bat for me in every step in the process, from presenting an offer that was tough and very much in my best interests to meeting me with the keys in hand. She was honest with me when I considered requesting credits back for repairs, etc., ones that were, in fact, sufficiently considered during offer and acceptance due to her due diligence in considering the repairs when we were working out my offer.
