After closing she continued to help out. When one of the utility companies couldn't be reached to transfer service from the previous owner to us, she found the right contacts to get our account setup immediately. As closing ended up coinciding with someone coming to the house to setup the Internet, she had someone meet them at the house. Everything was just always smooth.
