Patricia was extremely responsive in general throughout the process. However, she did not act in our best interests when buying the property. She did sell us an overpriced property telling that we were buying gold at price of rubbles and she had to negotiate hard for it. She almost forced us to go non-contingent on the property knowing that we had liked the property. She did not even provide a CMA for this property which would have helped us realize this was a bad deal monetarily. When the appraisal came lower than expectation, she just blamed it on Covid.
