After we purchased our home, Pat also helped us list our former residence. He provided us with a presentation of other houses in our neighborhood that were on the market and those that were recently sold so we could best triangulate on the price point for our house to be listed. Once listed, Pat provided details on what we should do to ready the house for selling along with staging. Again, I cannot say enough good things about how much Pat has meant to us as a realtor helping us with the purchase of our dream home and sale of our former residence. Thank you Pat for all you do.
