Patrick was an exceptional agent. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I was new to the area. Patrick not only assisted in the home search; he also introduced me to the San Diego areas. I felt comfortable raising my concerns as our search continued in such a competitive market. Patrick was always ready to show the houses and gave his opinion . Patrick Malloy is one of the best, if not the best realtors I have ever worked with. Patrick goes the extra mile and then some to serve his clients. His willingness to make sure that we as sellers were completely informed and updated every step of the way was very much appreciated. I have bought an sold many properties over many years, but honesty feel Patrick is a rare breed of realtor that I will recommend to anyone who appreciates service and an infectious personality. Patrick did an amazing job of orchestrating our home sale in our absence. I had recently taken a job in Hawaii that was extremely time intensive, so I had very little extra time to deal with the details of a home sale. Patrick was fantastic in expediting the process, often receiving only terse, one-word responses from me on questions that came up. The closing was completed quickly, with both parties left satisfied after the transaction. I would absolutely recommend Patrick's services to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Patrick spent countless hours looking for properties within my budget and needs. He took me around several times to see properties and had to convince me to see the house I ended up buying! I had looked at it a few times when he sent it to me but it seemed small and would not have the office space needed. I finally went to see it and it was perfect! I wanted it immediately. He explained everything to me very clearly and everything happened in the exact order just like he said it would. Would absolutely use him again.

Patrick took the task of selling my house very seriously. He gave me tips and pointers in staging and did Open Houses every weekend until it was sold. He really went the extra mile! He explained everything to me very clearly as far as the process and what I could expect. Would 100% use him again!!
