We are so lucky to have found Patrick! He has incredible attention to detail and really knows his stuff - at each house showing, he immediately relayed to us the things he noticed about the house, from areas that were damaged or needed repair, to the age of different components of the house, to major things to look out for at each house with the foundation, roof, HVAC, and all the essentials, and even minor details that we would never have noticed. These details would completely go over our heads without Patrick's experience and highly attentive and trained eye! He was also always very friendly and willing to answer all the questions we had about the homebuying process. We were first time homebuyers and felt completely at ease with Patrick helping us out, and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to any of our friends.
