Patrick was wonderful from start to finish with the home-buying process! He always made sure that I was fully informed before making any decisions and offered guidance and support whenever I requested it. He made sure to accommodate my busy schedule when scheduling showings, walk-throughs, the inspection, and closing. Additionally, he was exceptionally communicative, and his turn-around time for emailed and texted communication was always short, which further served to minimize any of the anxiety associated with such a big decision. I would feel absolutely confident recommending him to ANYBODY I know that is looking to purchase a home in this area!
