We had a great experience working with Patrick. He was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods in San Diego and helped us narrow down the search to where we most wanted to be. We never felt like he was pushing us and we made our own thoughts on each house we viewed, but he always provided great insights on things that we as first time homebuyers wouldn't be aware of. We bought at a time when bidding wars were common and so Patrick had a lot of busy Sunday evenings getting the scoop from the sellers agent and supporting us as we completed the applications. We have bought and sold seven different properties over the years. Our latest transaction was by far the most complicated and financially risky. Patrick managed every aspect of the sale of one home and the purchase of another. There were several snags along the way. He kept everything moving, presented alternatives that satisfied everyone involved. He’s open, honest, straight forward and a really hard worker. When we first contacted Patrick to help our group find a house that would work for us, it seemed like it wouldn’t be an easy feat. As two separate families of four, both with young children, looking to cohabitate together, we had a lot of different requirements that all had to be filled. Somehow, Patrick was able to help us find the perfect space (twice!) and help us navigate getting our offer accepted in a competitive market as well. He was always available to answer questions and really went above and beyond to make all of the transactions seamless. I would recommend Patrick to anyone in the San Diego area looking to buy or sell their home!

In a sea of unknowns and perils, make sure you have someone like Patrick to steer your ship. So many things could have gone wrong, and it was great having Patrick along the way to make sure we finally bought our house! He even came by and helped paint, he’s just as good at painting as he is at helping his clients. Patrick was assigned to us through our home buying referral by our bank, right away he took the time to understand our needs and wants. He has a wonderful team around him and does a great job of checking in to make sure you’re doing well and understanding what’s going on.

My husband and I appreciated that Patrick set expectations with us before the search started, which was especially important at the height of the housing craze in 2021. He was super communicative and kept us up to date on any changes in the homes were interested in. Patrick brings a rare and refreshing quality to real estate sales ....he listens! He then translates needs, wishes and budget into focused property searches that meet our needs versus trying to sell what's on the MLS truck. 3rd, and most appreciated quality was in his ability to help us navigate the transaction with mortgage brokers and negotiate the deal with the seller party especially given we were doing the deal out of state.

Working with Patrick made the purchase of our home easy, especially under circumstances where we were moving from out of state during the pandemic. He is very responsive and professional. He took the time to ensure that we were able to do showings via video call when we couldn't be present and also went above and beyond by meeting with some of our family to get showings done as well. Patrick is very knowledgeable regarding San Diego real estate. His online portal is easy to navigate and useful in helping narrow down potential properties. We were first time home buyers in the San Diego area and had lots of questions--he was incredibly patient and responsive, both via email and via text, and followed up quickly on any pending items. He helped with everything from recommending lenders, to offering contacts for contractors for rehab work. Will absolutely turn to Patrick again in the future for any real estate needs. After such a positive experience it would be silly to go with anybody else.

"I started working with Patrick back in August to help with buying my first home. Right off the bat, his communication was great and I could tell we would work together well. When we found the right condo in Clairemont a few months later Patrick negotiated to get my offer accepted over competing ones. He walked me through the process and was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout. He ended up negotiating a price below the appraised value and getting a seller credit for me! I had a few things I wanted to do to the home and he has a large network of contractors and people to help get the work done. Even after closing, he helped guide me through repairing a garbage disposal issue I had. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in San Diego, he was awesome!"

Patrick has been a delight to work with. He recently helped us with buy a home in La Mesa. He was always available, positive and helpful. His communication, organization, and negotiation skills proved to be very beneficial throughout this process.
He also helped us obtain contractors, a designer and obtain prices on work we had done before moving in. His network is great.

We met Patrick back at the end of 2015 and immediately felt like we could trust him. After being on the house hunt for a couple months our plans changed and we thought we were relocating out of San Diego. Fast forward to 2017 when we resumed the house hunt since we ended up staying in SD.
Patrick is knowledgeable, trustworthy and an amazing agent. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a home. He was extremely responsive and helped us get the perfect home even though there was other competition on it!
