Paul was amazing!! My purchase did not turn out to be an easy or quick one due to matters out of his hands. However, Paul was persistent and stayed on top of everything, rolled with all the punches thrown, and kept the process moving. In addition, being a first time home buyer the process was confusing and overwhelming, but Paul was very patient and thorough in explaining the process. He reached out to me often to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Paul is a great asset to not only his Century21 team, but the real estate industry as a whole!

Paul was very professional and he went above and beyond to make sure our new homes were ready for us! He literally made sure all inspections were performed and signed off and called us as soon as we received occupancy. He even went to the Title signing to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had along with the Title officer. All in all we would recommend Paul and would definitely use him again!

Paul is amazing. I used him both when purchasing our new home and then when selling it due to a job relocation. When purchasing the home, it was just after the Paradise fires in November 2019 when thousands of people were trying find new places to live. It was extremely stressful time; we put offers in on at least 9 properties and although we were extremely discouraged, Paul stayed positive and helped us through and we ultimately found the perfect home. We just sold the home and Paul handled everything for us! We discussed what needed to be done to make the home ready for market (he even offered to help my nephew with some of the work!), put it on the market and had a full price offer the same week! With us being out of town, Paul handled all the inspections, paperwork etc and kept us up to date every step of the way. He’s a great communicator and extremely responsive; we couldn’t have done it without him. If every realtor were like Paul, buying and selling a home would be easy!
