About Paul-David
Paul is a disciplined and focused agent who developed his motivation while teaching high school Health and Physical Education all while coaching high school football cultivating and mentoring young men, some of whom have gone on to play college football and the NFL. Originally from Dorchester, MA, Paul is a graduate of Georgia Southern University. Paul lives in Decatur, Georgia and enjoys running throughout Atlanta and the Decatur area with different running groups. Paul enjoys watching all sports most notably football and basketball and remains a loyal Hometown team Patriots fan. Paul is constantly working but has time to travel back to Boston to visit his four nephews and family.

5 STARS!! Paul is a very knowledgeable, ethical and professional agent who went above and beyond and helped me throughout the home searching and buying process. Every house we viewed, he not only told me about the neighborhood (including some of his favorite restaurants nearby), but also advised on fair market value, potential repairs, and appreciation and rental prospects. He is very hardworking, trustworthy and responsive. After closing, he didn't just walk away like most agents do, he checked in frequently and offered help with various things and made sure everything is good with the repairs. Paul is also fun to work with and I enjoyed every moment with him and learned so much about real estate from him. I would highly recommend Paul to everyone who need to purchase/sell/get advice on real estate market.
