Prior to working with Paul Moreno, my house was on the market for an entire year and could not be sold. Within a week, Paul had my home staged and within another 4 days had my home sold. He was very patient not only helping me find the house that was perfect for me in my price range, but was also invaluable in helping me get the best price for the house I was selling (which had some existing issues). I had not been in the housing market for over 20 years, and he was always so patient with me, even when I asked a million questions. I never felt pressured or uneasy, and he made the whole process from start to finish very painless, and often dropped what he was doing to show me a house that just hit the market. Thanks to Paul, I am finally in a house that I love, and feel proud to be the owner of. I would entrust Paul with all my friends and family - hands down! He is truly a gem to work with.
