Paul was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. We were selling a home built by Habitat for Humanity, which came with a very complicated and restrictive contract involving the city. Many realtors were either unable or unwilling to even try to take it on. Paul, however, accepted the challenge without hesitation, even while actively helping other clients. He took the time to thoroughly learn our contract and its terms, educated himself by speaking with the right people on both sides, and successfully navigated the entire process. Thanks to his diligence and persistence, he sold our home in about a month, which honestly felt nothing short of remarkable given the complexity of the situation. Paul went far beyond what was required. He worked late into the evenings, kept us constantly updated, and made sure every person involved did their part. When it came time to close and we needed an extremely fast closing due to our out-of-state move, he literally went out of his way on a cold, rainy day to personally deliver our closing documents to escrow several cities away. That level of dedication is rare. Paul is one of the hardest working and most committed professionals we have ever worked with. We honestly had to remind him to rest. You will not find a more dedicated or responsive agent than Paul. It was truly a pleasure having him as our selling agent, and our family wholeheartedly recommends him.
