Our experience working with Paul was wonderful. He was very responsive - gave us great information when setting the price of the house, and continued to update us on what was happening in our neighborhood with other house sales. Our house had a unique design and look that did not appeal to the majority of buyers - and at one point, we decided we needed to do a large paint job and remodel of the kitchen and primary bath. Paul was so helpful in getting names of contractors to do the work and looking over our choices. When we did get a buyer, Paul helped us through the negotiation with his years of experience. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and very level-headed at a time when things can be quite stressful. His background in structural engineering is a big added plus when dealing with inspections. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Dallas area.

He always responded promptly to emails and texts, and made sure I got a ride to the closing as I don’t have a car. He is a terrific realtor, and I recommend him without reservation.
