Payton got our house sold for us in a month! We needed it sold fast, since we were getting married and needed to consolidate our homes, and he did it. He knows the process, market and strategies well, and as a first-time seller, we were super impressed. He's a genuinely nice and down-to-earth guy and not shy to tell you what you need to do to get things done. I know we were probably difficult clients, lol, but he handled us like champs, and we couldn't be more appreciative for his time and patience. We still need to sell my husband's (our current) home and plan to buy a new forever home together, and we will be using Payton for all of it!

It was a pleasure to have worked with Payton. He was most accommodating and went out of his way to assist us in our purchase. Considering we had to travel 4-1/2 hours every time we wanted to look at a condo, that was no mean feat.
