We were looking at a few other homes with someone else before we came across Redfin. The person we were using before informed us that they were not able to help us until we were pre-approved with a lender. We were not certain if we wanted to move forward with purchasing, so we did not want to go in the direction of pre-approval initially. When we came across Pedro, he was extremely helpful but not pushy at all. He informed us that we did not need to have a pre-approval letter for him to be able to assist us which was super helpful for us. Once we found a home we wanted to move forward with, Pedro was extremely helpful with all steps and made the process so easy for us and we truly appreciate it.
