He pays attention to the details during the video tours. From his video tours, I appreciated Peter’s extensive knowledge of the property location, architecture, and interior design. Peter was awesome. My real estate purchase went smoothly thanks to Peter. Peter was always punctual to all of our meetings and was responsive to all of my calls and texts. I had some issues with my lender, but Peter jumped in and was able to assist in resolving the issues that arose and because of his speedy involvement I avoided closing after the date of expiration of our locked loan interest rate, and avoided penalty fees. I give Peter an overall 10 + rating for his services. I will be calling Peter for my next real estate purchase.!!!

Peter did a wonderful job in selling our property during the pandemic. He prepared quite well by using the latest technologies such as drones, 3D walkthroughs and we even have our own website. All of these made our property to get several offers in just a week. Great agent!

Peter has been amazing in every aspect. Every step of our home selling process was smooth. This was my first time selling my house and Peter held my hand and walked me through every step of the way. What I appreciate the most about Peter is his patience and understanding of my situation (going through a divorce). He explained everything thoroughly. Because of Peter's marketing strategies (he went over everything in detail during my consultation with him), I received multiple offers in less than 9 days of being on the market and he sold my house above asking price. Keep in mind that 2 other model matches were on the market the same time as my house.
