My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing our first home with Peter. As first time home buyers, we did not know much about the process. From the moment we first spoke with him on the phone, Peter was a comforting presence. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with our countless questions and made sure we were comfortable 100% of the way through the offers we submitted and ultimately the purchase of our home. When times were stressful, Peter was consistently there with words of encouragement, to lighten the mood, and to keep us levelheaded. We purchased a home with a VA loan, which had its own quirks and Peter navigated this flawlessly. He was consistently available after hours to talk through scenarios with us, go on a tour with us, or see a property for us. If there was something he didn't know, he didn't hesitate to find the answer (and quickly). Seriously, my husband and I could not stop talking about how he went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. Peter is extremely hardworking, honest, and we truly felt he had our best interest at heart. It is rare to come across people as genuine as him and we are so thankful our paths crossed. You would be crazy to try and find a better agent to work with than Peter!
