Peter has been a great real estate partner, helping me to negotiate the right price for the right house. Peter has gone above and beyond helping me settle into the new house including helping me find trusted vendors for home repairs needed, as identified during the home inspection, and getting rid of the old basketball hoop in the driveway that the seller left behind. Peter was readily available via text, my preferred method of communication, as well as phone. Peter made sure my needs were covered, even while on vacation. Peter is knowledgeable in the South Bay housing market and helped reassure me on many occasions. I would recommend Peter to anyone looking for a home.
