While Phil is a nice enough guy he didn't do anything other than show me properties. If I didn't ask a question he Never volunteer to fill in the blanks. when one moves to a new state and is unaware of the condo by laws, state laws that govern there should be a little bit more information provided to the buyer to take away the uncertainty and the anxts that 1 feels when purchasing a new home he should have Inform me of a lot of things I didn't find out until after the closing. I liked him, but I would not recommend him.

I requested info on a property online and Phil responded. I advised him that I was only looking but may be interested in seeing some of the properties. He met with us. He was very attentive but not pushy. My price range was on the lower end but he treated us just like we were making a million dollar purchase. He was always available for questions and showings. We have purchased two proposed sold one with him as our realtor. We date him a 10 plus.

I lived in NY and Phil helped me find my perfect SC home.
