I went into the home buying process with zero knowledge. In a matter of a few months, I felt comfortable enough to purchase my first house! Phil was SO patient with me. I had problems providing information requested by the lender in PDF format (I am NOT well versed in how to use certain features on the PC). I took pictures of the documents and sent them to Phil and he created the PDF files for me. I got lost getting to settlement and was quite late. The GPS on my cell phone was not working. Phil called me and guided me to the building. He was even waiting for me outside in a light drizzle without an umbrella! We saw quite a few places and he helped me get the one we had our hearts set on. He was determined on my behalf - always working hard to see that we got what we wanted. Buying a home in this market is nerve wracking and Phil was a constant calming influence. If it weren't for him I think I would have given up.
