Phil is great to work with. He is communicative, responds to calls, emails and texts messages on the same day often within the hour. He made himself available for the initial property showing, and proceeded to prepare an offer because I we were serious buyers (first timers). Phil checked in with me throughout the process, advocated on my behalf and coordinated the inspections, walk throughs, repairs accordingly. Thankfully, we stayed on track within escrow and he made himself available for questions or support—even on off hours and the weekend. If you are interested in a property and you want to make it yours I highly recommend Phil to be your agent!

I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through this escrow process without Phil. What should have been a relatively straightforward home purchase turned into months of delays, complications, permit issues, and a lot of stress and uncertainty. Through all of it, he stayed patient, communicative, steady, and always made me feel like someone was truly in my corner. One of the things I appreciated most was that he never disappeared when things got difficult. He always picked up the phone, checked in, followed up, and advocated for me however he could. Even when there weren’t easy answers, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Buying a home can be emotional enough on its own, and this escrow experience was honestly brutal at times. Having an agent who remained calm, honest, and genuinely caring made a huge difference for me. I’m really grateful for everything Phil did throughout this process and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will truly show up for their clients when it matters most.
