Phil is the best!! We feel so unbelievably lucky that we found Phil. He is friendly, easy to talk to, personable, understanding, and you just feel like he is on your side. No “sleazy salesman” tactics that you usually come across with some agents - we have had bad experiences in the past. Phil truly cares, and it shows. We live out of the country and he handled all the showings and entire sale of our home seamlessly. Communication with him, loan officers, coordinators etc during the transfer was incredible as well, super duper impressed with Phil and the Redfin team. HIGHLY recommend Phil to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!
