Phil was a pleasure to work with! He was very patient with us during our long 18 month search for our home. I appreciated his honesty and I never felt like he was trying to “sell” us a house. I felt like he truly wanted us to find THE house for our family no matter how long it took! He was always responsive, communicated well, and helped us through the escrow process whenever we needed him. Phil was awesome and I would definitely recommend him to others look for a real estate agent!

This my second recommendation for Phil. Three years ago Phil sold my house and found a great house for me to move into. It was such a good process so I reached out to Phil again for my next move. Well, Phil just did the same thing and sold my home in San Clemente and got me into my new home in San Juan Capistrano. Phil is 4 for 4 and batting 1000% with me. Phil is great at managing the expectations and the process on both the buying and selling end. He is calm, knowledgable and honest. Phil will become more than a realtor to you, he'll become your friend. I can't recommend Phil enough.
