As out of town clients, Phillip was our local eyes and ears, visiting many properties on our behalf, Facetiming, answering numerous questions, and really going above and beyond. Phillip is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He continued to provide support through the escrow process and after closing. We couldn't have made this purchase without him! Phil went above and beyond in his effort to sell the property. The property belonged to my 81 year old uncle who we were relocating to Wisconsin. Phil handled everything, including all the little things I could not do being 2000 miles away. Phil kept me informed and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Phil.
