We only meet him twice once when he fist came to see the house, second day of closing. When I did request something to be done he was on top of my request. The biggest issue I had is he didn’t fight for us. The first sale at the last minute didn’t go through. I would recommend Phillip to anyone who is buying or selling a house. He helped us buy our first condo in FL then he helped us sell that condo in 2 days and that was 8 years ago. Then he helped us find our new condo which we lived in for 7 years then Jan 2021 he helped us sell our condo, again in one day . He he very nice, no pressure knowledgeable and just a very nice man to work with..
