I highly recommend Phil and Stephanie for anyone looking to purchase a home. Phil was always to quick to respond to any questions or issues we were having with any other company involved in the process and gained our trust right off the bat by pointing out things to be aware of, like road construction for the next couple of years at one particular property that we would not have known otherwise. Every part of the process was a pleasure and I couldn't be happier that we had them to purchase our very first home. They made it a wonderful experience!
