Ellisha and Shawn were very responsive, professional, and patient. They offered excellent service all around. They know their service area very well and sent curated properties within my budget, wants, and needs. Yet, they were also flexible if I wished to view other properties. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions, all of which were answered promptly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed. In the middle of my home search, when I was a day from starting the process of signing a contract, a family situation arose suddenly, which caused me to reevaluate my future home needs.
