Ellisha and Shawn were very responsive, professional, and patient. They offered excellent service all around. They know their service area very well and sent curated properties within my budget, wants, and needs. Yet, they were also flexible if I wished to view other properties. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions, all of which were answered promptly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed. In the middle of my home search, when I was a day from starting the process of signing a contract, a family situation arose suddenly, which caused me to reevaluate my future home needs. They pivoted seamlessly. They took care of me at all stages. I love my new home and would work with them without hesitation again in the future.

We worked with Ellisha and Shawn on the purchase of our home. Being we were out of state buyers it is a bit more difficult to purchase a home. Shawn had made us very comfortable in the entire process from setting up houses to look at to providing expert construction knowledge while looking at new construction house! We immediately became comfortable with Shawn and Ellisha and trusted their expertise in real estate. Their knowledge of the area was a big help in directing us to the best area to retire. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking in the eastern part of North Carolina!
