Phyllis is the best agent I have ever met so far, and I have seen probably more than 50 houses in different areas and made offers on 2-3. I met Phyllis on a house tour with Redfin. She is so knowledgeable on the local market, and gave me a lot of good advice on the condition and structure of the houses. Every time when I toured with her, she was so prepared that she would print out the house information and handed it to me. She would even introduce the neighborhood to me, like where is the closet park, where to do groceries and where are the best schools are. Words cannot capture how great Phyllis was to work with. I looked at houses at odd times of the day and when there was snow and ice on the ground but Phyllis was always just as insightful and happy. When I locked onto the area I wanted to move into, Phyllis made sure I knew of every listing that was on the market. Phyllis went above and beyond with looking into items and features I had questions about as well as the community I was interested in. Given the market and how quickly homes moved, she worked with me to make sure a competitive offer was made on the home I couldn't see slip away. Will and would recommend her to anyone.
