I'm sure everyone believes their agent was a ten who graded them as such. This is only the second survey I've ever done and I gave the surveyed dentist a ten too, it was a sad day when I moved from his area. David worked diligently under trying conditions to make this sale happen as I was 1600 miles away and never once saw the property until after the close date when I moved in. It was all he said it was, he did not exaggerate the good aspects, and he did not sugarcoat the challenges. David also assisted me with many nuances of my move which made life much easier during the transition. In fact, he is still assisting me and I've been living here for nearly two weeks now.
