David promotes the fact that he always answers his phone and we can attest to the fact that is always true. He was always available and on time for all showings. He takes the time to do his homework on the properties prior to the showing and is prompt to get answers to anything he does not know on the spot. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.
