I bought my house from Priya in 2020, and the experience was super easy, and Priya was incredibly helpful. When I realized that I’d be needing to sell that same three years later, I of course decided that Priya should be my realtor again. That was definitely a great decision, just like during the buying process, Priya made selling my house a very easy experience. She had quick answers to all of my questions, and was super friendly and helpful about all aspects during the buying and selling. I really can’t recommend her enough.

My husband and I are moving to Lexington, my hometown, after living in Seattle for 30 years. Priya was an excellent agent to work with both in Lexington and remotely while we were in Seattle. We originally met in the fall of 2021 when we were just visiting and starting to get ideas and a feel for the Lexington market. When we decided that we were actually going to move we contacted Priya and she was on top of the situation keeping us in the loop to properties that met our criteria and needs. One property we were really interested in seeing was going to sell fast and since we were still in Seattle, Priya did a FaceTime walk thru of the property. We’re so glad she went the extra mile because the property photographed better than how it was in “real life” and we decided not to put an offer in on that house. We returned to Lexington the beginning of February 2022 for a three week visit to hunt for a property. Priya was in constant contact with us via text messaging and phone calls to update us and show us several properties. Luckily the 5th property was the winner, we just closed on the property and Priya made every effort to close the deal before we had to return to Seattle to prepare that property to sell! Priya totally went above and beyond our expectations before, durning and even after the sale. We will certainly recommend her to anyone who needs an outstanding agent!
