This was my second home purchase with Pradinya. Inline with my earlier review which was a 10/10, I has a great experience working with Pradinya. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional who takes the initiative, and truly goes above and beyond to help her clients. A great communicator who gets transactions done, by keeping connects with all the parties (sellers and buyers) to make sure everyone is on the same page to avoid confusions, resolve disagreements, and meet deadlines. This is extremely important when there are many parties and emotions involved. Overall it was a pleasure working with Pradinya, and I very strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

When we met Pradinya, she immediately put us at ease with the process of selling our home. Pradinya is completely warm and professional, We reviewed comps in the area and reviewed what was needed to be prioritized to repair, replace, or removal before showing the home. We were never pressured, but we did review everything along the way. Our home had multiple offers, which were presented quickly through a summary of terms. I would give Pradinya a 100 rating if possible. She went way above and beyond in guiding us through the process of selling and buying at the same time. There were many obstacles along the way as contingencies and dates were colliding, but Pradinya articulately helped us resolve all of them. She and her team were courteously professional even when things were not looking bright, and their communication was frequent and clear.
