My house was not an easy one to sell. Buyers needed to be willing to update some things and most are not. Stephanie was able to find just the right buyers for my home. She really works hard for her client. She know the business and the local area. Stephanie really showed why an agent is so important as she had done a ton of marketing for ensuring our house would sell - she did way more work than I realized an agent did. No matter how many deals she had in the works I always felt that we were her only client because she readily gave us her time.
