The tone was set when the fact that PRG was not really Redfin, that they are just other realtor, was not shared until the very last minute. At that point we were several meetings and conversations into the process. The list of individual examples of poor service is not my time and effort to resurrect. Suffice it to say that I felt exploited throughout the process.
