We lucked into meeting Qani. He was covering for the listing agent with whom we had an appointment to look at a house in the Camp Logan area. That house was not the right one for us, but Qani was! For a few weeks thereafter, we attended open houses as appropriate to our needs, which yielded some good prospects, but none that felt comfortable enough to make an offer. My husband and I decided we needed representation and simultaneously remembered our good first impression of Qani. He introduced us to a new build; one we had not seen on the open house circuit. We liked it. He drew up a contract based on our initial offer price. Our offer was flatly rejected. Shortly after receiving the bad news, Qani managed to get negotiations started and after a few iterations (including meeting directly with the developer) were able to come to a favorable price. Qani and his assistant kept the process moving along, effectively using Redfin’s communication tools. He was available, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He demonstrated an enjoyment of the real estate business and interacting with us. We made a good choice on the selection of our house and our real estate agent.

Qani is a very high energy person, but also patient and kind. He seems always willing to go the extra mile with us and for us so we could finally choose the right house. I would recommend Qani especially or older couples like ourselves.
