As a first time home buyer, the whole process was quite intimidating at the start. I reached out to Qulia to show me some properties I was interested in and also to begin to explain how the whole process worked. She was very responsive and helpful through the whole process, negotiated firmly on my behalf with the sellers and was very patient with answering the hundreds of questions I had for her. Overall, I could really tell she cares and was happy for me to be able to move into a condo that I fell in love with. She made the process as painless as it could be and I would highly recommend her to anyone for whom the buying process might seem overwhelming or intimidating!

Quila was totally professional from the start, we called her from MA before our house was sold and she sent us listings for two months before and kept in contact with us. She helped us with recommendations for places for us to stay when we arrived in Charlotte. We looked at several houses that were in our price range and because we were in a position to pay cash Quila helped us make a smooth transition when we found a house that we wanted in just a few weeks.
