Rachael was easy to work with and personable. I’m happy to work with her again and to refer her. My only feedback is I felt like she should’ve made a point to see the home for my listing that she was inheriting. On top of that, I’m not happy that because of a clerical error that the title agent made that I felt Rachael should’ve caught, costed me $5000.
