Raini is my house agent, she is the best and amazing agent I have ever met! I must write it out and let everyone know since she deserves it!!!! She replied to me really fast and she was with me all the time, house inspection, termite checking, house price negotiations, etc. Especially, she confirmed with me so many times and again and again to make sure I have the insurance company to insure my house. She is really a hard worker and a nice personality lady! Even after the Escrow closed, the house still needs some repairs, she still helps us to find a handyman or plumbing guy. We have purchased so many houses before, the agents CANNOT compare with Raini at all!!!! We so regret to meet her that late. I met Raini six years ago when I was shopping for my first condo in LA. She was the seller's agent for one of the condos I viewed (but did not buy), and I immediately loved the energy and the enthusiasm she had about her and asked her to be my agent. It became much easier to look at places with Raini by my side, and within a month we landed an amazing condo in West Hollywood, a location I had initially thought was out of my price range. Now, six years late, Raini again came to my rescue to sell this condo.
