Ramiro used a high quality photographer. He spoke a great game when we first signed on with him. We told him that we wanted a local realtor, he said he lived in Hesperia. We now find that difficult to believe as he only attended our first open house( out of three), he could not discuss local events, history, or community places. He consistently went AWOL, and did not respond to texts or communicate with us unless we involved his supervisor. He never let us know about any follow up from showings or open houses unless we asked him first. His usual response was, "It's on the dashboard." As of December 4, the last time he had called us was September 27 with any update. We understood that the market is slow, but only asked that he communicated weekly and do his best. My purchase of the home was a difficult one. At the sellers request, we entered into an unusually long escrow (4 mos.). I also obtained an FHA loan which required a lot of documentation and jumping through hoops. Ramiro was there every step of the way! His communication skills are excellent! He constantly kept in touch. He advised me of the status of the purchase, even when there was no significant information to report. I highly recommend Ramiro for either purchasing or listing your home!
