Great to work with Randy! Very easy to set up showings with our busy schedules and often times last minute houses to see. It is a hard housing market and little good out there go fast. You want a reliable realtor who makes time for you! Randy knows what to look for in a house from piping, structure, foundation, to good taste in cabinetry and quality material. We found a house sooner than we thought was possible and spent less than our budget, double bonus!!

Our experience with Randal Adams leaves me without words. This man has literally become part of our family. When it came to selling this house, we had some issues and it was for my relatives that are in their 70's. He gave his honest advice on what needed to be done to sell this property. We followed everything he recommended and the house was sold to the first person that came to see it. Randy does not play. If you want to sell your house look no further.

I've worked with about 12 different agents in my time and Randal ties with one other as the best I've worked with. In this case, I'm an out-of-state investor and hired him to sell my home. He was professional and proactive throughout, and his communication was everything I would expect from a top notch, committed agent (and my expectations are not low!)
