I knew selecting an agent was going to be a challenge. I needed someone that knew the market and was willing to work with a remote client that wouldn’t always be available. After asking a series of questions I was confident I had found the right person to help me in my search for a new home. Simply put Randy delivers on his promises. When I was unable to be there, he set up virtual tours. And most importantly, he listened when I described what I was looking for in a new home. Randy was awesome! He put up with me calling later than I should have, running around video taping houses for me, when he couldn’t he arranged for his assistant to do it. I worked with me understanding my time crunch. Very helpful and understanding!

Randy is the best!!! We loved working with Randy and you will too!! Not only was Randy very professional and knowledgeable he was very patient right from the first day we met. Randy always returned our phone calls or messages as soon as we reached out to him. If he didn’t have an answer he’d find out very quickly and get back to us. We look forward to working with Randy on the sale of our existing listing.

Randy from the moment we met was willing to chase entry to any location as quickly as humanly possible. Pretty sure he has a network of realtors that help him get in whenever and wherever he needs. I would give him a higher rating if it existed. Randy is smart, capable, and kind.

I can't say enough good about Randy's patience and professionalism through a closing that had a few hoops to jump through. He never seemed to deviate from his pleasant and calm demeanor through it all. As soon as we make our next real estate move, I will be looking for Randy in hopes he will work with us again.

Randy was unbelievable through the entire experience, we hit a few road blocks along the way and he always had a solution to keep the process going!! The communication was amazing and always got back to us with updates as soon as he received one or whenever we reached out to him, it was with in seconds or very few minutes we had an answer! Randy definitely made our life easy and our dreams come true through the home buying process!

Randy was absolutely amazing. Years ago we had a realtor in our local area that was hands-down the best in our state. We were blessed to have him as our realtor. When we were looking for a house in another state, we didn’t think we would find anybody that rivaled him. Then we met Randy. He was so professional, knew the market extremely well. Anybody would be blessed to have him as a realtor. We appreciate everything that he did. He answered every single question I had every time I called, which was a lot. He treated us as a top priority. we never felt like we were a bother at all. Thank you so much Randy for everything you did! We will certainly be using you if we are ever in the market again. We highly recommend Randy to anybody looking for excellence!
