Randy Schulenburg loves the real estate business because he loves helping others with their real estate needs. With over 25 years’, experience he guides his clients through all stages of buying, selling, short selling and investing. He personally owned and managed commercial and residential rental properties.
Along with selling real estate, Randy has a background in the mortgage business that started back in 1986 when he was in college. After college, he worked with a mortgage company of one Nation's largest Builder, then worked for the Nation's largest mortgage bank as a Branch Manager and then eventually started his own mortgage company and ran that until 2008.
Randy currently enjoys a career in full time real estate where he enjoys and excels in helping others achieve their dream of owning a home.
