Evan and Rachel are amazing! It took ~3 months to decide on a house, over which time we looked at more than 50 locations. During that time Evan was always knowledgeable and helpful and made the process far easier than anticipated. I will definitely be a returning customer for my next property.

Rachel was great to work with when finding our first home! She was willing to meet us when ever we wanted to look at a home, even if that meant driving for an hour. She also took into consideration our needs as a couple and was able to make suggestions that we never considered. She was direct and communicated in a way that was necessary for first-time homebuyers. We ended up finding the perfect home in a smaller new-build community and we have been loving the neighbors, the location and the small town vibe. I would recommend Rachel to anyone that is looking for a home, whether its the first or last!
