My husband and I decided in November, the night before thanksgiving that we wanted to sell our home in San Bernardino and upgrade to a bigger home in an area with better schools for our daughter. We looked online for local real estate agents and emailed a few. Raul was the only one that got back to us and it was on Thanksgiving Day!! We were initially impressed by his sense of urgency in getting back to us and set up an appointment. Raul told us that he would sell our home by March. He was right on point!
