Raymond Habash

Our agent Raymond Habash was extremely helpful in our process of buying a home. He made a stressful process of buying a home less so due to his knowledge in the field and his professional contacts when going through inspections. He took the time and effort to look at many houses with us, talked to agents, write up purchase agreements, put us in contact with people for inspections and at the end helped us purchase a home. Raymond goes above and beyond for his clients, which was extremely different from our previous experience with another realtor. I didn't feel pressured to buy a home if I didn't like it. Raymond's explanations, on things to consider while house hunting, were very helpful. He has a keen eye for things (roofing, electrical, windows, flooring/leveling and yard) that helped us make better decisions for buying our home. As we entered into the time crunch of buying a home, Raymond was able to get us through many tricky hurdles as far as purchase agreements and inspections. My husband and I were pleased with all that Raymond did to make this purchase possible and have agreed to use him as our realtor in the future.

Professional. attentive. efficient. Mindful. Great communication skills. Considerate. Quick to respond. Very Patient. The Absolute Best!!!

Raymond was great to work with. He has a lot of contacts that help move the process along. I felt like Raymond worked hard on my behalf and was very responsive. I really appreciate everything he did for me.

He was extremely professional and was a huge help during the home buying process. Went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Would recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who is knowledgeable and cares about your concerns.

Raymond was fantastic to work with and made our first home purchase a great experience. He went above and beyond at every step, was always responsive and knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests in mind. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy agent.
