Rebecca is the best. She looks out for her clients and is like a mama bear if anyone dares to take advantage of them. I hooked up with her by chance but it must have been fate that brought us together.

I found Rebecca on the Redfin site. We lived in Chicago and wanted to relocate to CA to be nearer our daughter in San Diego. I did massive amounts of research on areas in/around Menifee so I needed someone in tune with the nuances of the area. I read through reviews on Redfin and based on those reviews, I selected Rebecca. Upon our initial conversation, I knew she would be the person we'd be comfortable working with as she listened to what we wanted and she truly had care and concern for us during a very stressful time. I had many questions about solar panels, flood zones, fire hazards, HOAs, neighborhoods, taxes, and escrow. Each time I spoke with Rebecca, she had time for me, she had answers to ALL of my questions and I was confident in her knowledge as an agent. We planned on staying in Menifee, CA for a week (2/21-2/28) and we wanted to have a slate of houses to tour. Rebecca set me up with Redfin autofeeds and I kept a running list. She was also very instrumental in doing video walkthroughs with us before our arrival so we could get a feel for the types of houses we'd be seeing. She didn't have to do that but she was more than happy to accommodate us in any way possible. Upon our arrival, we had a listing of houses and Rebecca toured each one with us. The process was seamless. Not only was she our intermediary, she was our biggest advocate. She was an invaluable resource with her knowledge of Menifee and the various communities and she understood our needs, likes, and dislikes immediately. She drove us through neighboring communities and gave us insight on builders, Mello-Ruse, and upcoming infrastructure plans. We felt incredibly comfortable with Rebecca and she never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. Her response time to us was immediate, every single time. Her negotiation skills are impeccable, her care and concern for her clients immeasurable, and her commitment to us is unwavering. While we spent a full week in Menifee in February we went home empty-handed. We had to make sure the decision was right. Two days later, we found the house on Lookout Point Lane via the feed and I called Rebecca immediately. She offered to do a video walkthrough and after that walkthrough, we placed a bid. Rebecca explained to the agent that we had just left for home and we were willing to fly back in 2 days to see the house in person and make a deal. She shared our desire to be in CA and nearer our daughter, we were cash buyers with no escrow, the deal would close quickly and we were committed. That Sunday, Rebecca met me at the house, she introduced me to the selling agent, and my daughter and I toured the house. Shortly thereafter, the owner accepted our offer and we bought a house! Not only that, we sold a house in Chicago at the same time and everything fell into place in 35 days. Without Rebecca in our corner, I am not confident everything would have happened seamlessly. I shared our house-buying process with friends and family and everyone was amazed at the time and dedication Rebecca put into our relocation journey, considering it was halfway across the country. I have never had anyone share a similar experience with an agent. This move was an enormous decision for us and she helped and guided us every step of the way.
