I really enjoyed working with Rebecca. She was responsive and flexible in setting up bookings. She was patient and answered all my questions.

Working with Rebecca on the purchase of our first home was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgable and a pleasure to work with, and it was thanks to her that we were able to close on our first house. Working with Rebecca is something we highly advise.

Rebecca guided us through our first home buying experience… and was very patient with us as we came to terms with what we wanted vs what we could afford. She provided us with lots of guidance and grounding as we faced the reality of the housing market in the Bay Area and never tried to convince us into something more or less than perfect for us. She’s a great listener, honest, and a great communicator and checked in with us and our lenders often throughout the process. She advocated hard for us in the closing process and helped smooth out all the unexpected bumps as lender terms kept changing (because we ended up buying into a newly formed TIC and had to switch lenders). Rebecca is definitely an expert in the process - but if she didn’t have an answer, she’d do research and get back to us. She also has an eye for design - and helped us imagine simple and thoughtful changes we might make to our new house to make it (even more) into our dream space. We moved into our space in June and she she even checked in a few weeks after closing!

We have worked with Rebecca on several homes over the past couple of years. She is professional, communicative, smart, poised and forthright. She has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to do the best possbile work for us. On top of all this, she is a super nice person. She will fit in well with Redfin and we here at Mermaid Homes LLC couldn't recommend her more highly.
